welcome to the agency

we've done it. alex and i are sitting on our desks at dmg on the 25th floor. it's our first day at the agency and it looks like we will be working on their big audi pitch. we've got about 12 days until the final presentation. our tasks are mainly btl and it looks like as if alex and i are gonna work on seperate sections. he'll do event promotion/ CRM and I will do inflight promotional design + CRM. uha. we will have "visualizers", graphic designers/web designers, etc. that will support us with our layouts.....how fucking great is that...hahaha.
the agency is still under construction, there is a constand noise level and a smell of chemicals. but the view from here is amazing. u can see the vast amount of skyscrapers that give beijing a rather modern western look. we will make a before and after pic of all the construction sides we see from our window, so we have proof of the chinese take over and the connected perill that we as westeners are facing.
the last week we 've spend here has been very helpful in order to get a feel of the city and the whereabouts. at least now we know where the supermarket and the german ambassy is. very helpful ;)
got to go to work now...
